The California Lemon Law requires a vehicle manufacturer that is unable to repair a vehicle, after a reasonable number of repair attempts, to replace or repurchase the vehicle. That means that if your vehicle meets the requirements of California’s Lemon Law, the car manufacturer must refund all the money you have paid toward the purchase.
What does California's Lemon Law cover?
The California Lemon Law covers the following new and used vehicles sold or leased in California: Cars, trucks, vans, SUVs and motorhomes, that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you’re not sure you have a Lemon Law case, we’d like to help you determine what your legal rights are and get you out of your problematic vehicle with compensation.
